I recently reinstalled IE6/Outlook Express but now when I try to click on a MAILTO link on ANY web page, Outlook Express gives me a DLL error and then pops up a window to setup Microsoft Exchange. I don't use MS Exchange?? This only happens on Mailto links (OE works fine on its own). Is there a setting somewhere for MAILTO links in Outlook Express that I have to change so that it simply opens a new email message when I click on MAILTOs or is there another way to fix this problem? BTW, OE eventually locks up (not responding in task list).

Have you gone up to tools.....internet options......programs tab...and ensured that you've got Outlook Express set as your default Email client?

Yeah, that was the problem. Turns out it reset it to OUTLOOK instead of Express when I reinstalled.
