IE6 SP2 freezes when I do: Tools-Internet Options-Content-AutoComplete-Clear Forms. I've gone through the troubleshooting recommendations of making sure all updates are done, sweeping with SpySweeper and AdAware, and disabling all Add-Ons, and still it freezes. Any recommendations? Should I try re-installing IE6? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

If you've been using IE for a long time on this machine, clearing the forms can take a while. Have you let it do it's thing for 10+ minutes or more?

Hi Steve. Yes I've been using IE6 SP2 for quite a while but I usually Clear Forms in AutoComplete once a month or so, and it usually only takes a few seconds. When I do it now and it looks like it's frozen, I right-click the taskbar to pull up the Task Manager and it shows IE as "not responding ". I'm assuming that means its not just taking a while but it's frozen. Is that right? What's the next step to try?
