    Had a question from another forum (fishing site) and I'm stuck for specifics to suggest. Any ideas from here? Running a new XP-home system and using the IE that came with it. Not positive about SP1 but not unless the shop that sold it also installed the SP. And FWIW, I'm using XP-pro with IE & the site in question displays fine.

    Hmmm. Difficult problem. I can understand why you might flounder. I'll mullet over. But was a fishing forum really the correct plaice to ask this question? Ok, a few things to try:

    Restore the security defaults;

    Disable any content filter;

    Purge the TIF;

    regsvr32 scrrun.dll;

    and, if still no joy, run a repair.

    If none of this works, then Cod knows what the problem is and the whiting is on the wall for a format :D

    Arie - any java suggestions? Maybe he got one that was assembled while Microsoft had sworn of Java. Not sure what the current situation is for those folks. Go out and download a plug-in?

    brett - you are killing me fella. :D More bad puns in there than a person could deal with in a week. But thanks for the content

    And the original poster who has looked in here thinks you have a sense of humor. I haven't the heart to tell him Daizy writes your material for you. :eek:
