my first time on, hello all. my problem is i cannot access my msn inbox or my bt online. i recently reinstalled ie5.0 after losing my ie5.5 and following advice i checked to see if i had 128 bit but my computer says i have 0 bit. i went to microsoft and downloaded this but it would not run because it said i needed service pack 4 or 5. this only seems available on ie 4 which i do not have. would you have any idea how i can upgrade this to 128. i am running windows 95. thanking you, greg
