    Hope i'm posting right..lol here goes..I'm running xp home sp2
    Is there a way to change the toolbar skin..(Internet explorer skin)
    I know you could do this in win 98

    Right click on a blank spot on the desktop and choose Properties. Then go to the Appearance tab and you will have I believe 3 different color choices. I have Object Dock (FREE) version and have downloaded many so I can't remember for sure. I think that it is Blue (default). Green and Silver.
