IE Script Error In Outlook Express

    The following error message appears without exception when I try to print an open email in OE 6;

    An error has occurred in the script on this page;
    Line 1344
    Character 1
    Error Unspecified
    Code 0
    Url res://c:\windows\system32\shdoclc.dll/preview.dlg
    Clicking on either option (yes or no) has no impact.
    Help!

    flatlndr - Welcome to the Board :)

    I found a reported fix for you on Google - last post - I have no idea if it will work and you use it at your own risk.

    First of all backup your registry ....

    How to back up, edit, and restore the registry in Windows XP and Windows Server 2003

    Then download oeprint.txt from this post, save it to your hard drive and rename it oeprint.reg (this is necessary because we cannot attach .reg files)

    Doubleclick on the file to merge it into the registry.

    If it does not fix your problem restore the registry fromn the backup.

    Thanks Pete. Have back up registry but wondering if "oeptint" renaming in your instructions is a typo? I assume so but one of those never know enough things you refer to!
