Running Win2000; every time I start up IE (latest version) get this dialog box:

    Run as other user
You may not have the necessary permission to use all the features of the program you are about to run. You may run this program as a different user or continue to run the program as (the computer's ID name)

    then radio buttons:
o Run the program as (computer's name)
o Run the program as Administrator (this one is automatically checked off)

    User name: Administrator
    Password: __________
    Domain: (computer's name)

    Then buttons: OK and Cancel

This started up all of a sudden for no reason. It's just irritating and wondering how to get rid of it. If I do it as administrator all bookmarks are gone, etc. So I start it in the first mode (not administrator) and all runs well. Can anyone tell me how to get rid of this nag?

    Thank you very much.

    Based on this
    User name: Administrator
    Password: __________
    Domain: (computer's name)

and assuming you are part of a domain, you probably need to be logging in to the domain rather than local. The pictures below show how to change from the local PC to a domain to log in.
