On Vista Home Premium using IE 7, IE gives a message that it is closing and restarting which it does. This is really annoying. Is there any way to
    avoid this ?
    I have 1 G memory and about 2.9 or 3.0 processor.

Also, I remember that on XP home the remote desktop was a 30 day demo.
Is the remote desktop on Vista Home Premium a demo also ?

    Thanks for any help

On a side note...another 1GB of RAM would be nice.

Thanks. I have uninstalled Flash activex and will see. (i'll have to reload it i'm sure to use some of the things I use but hopefully it will fix the problem).

Thanks about the other thing too - sorry about wrong forum.

Pete, I just now did that and we will see. (used remove in control panel before).
Could it be a problem with IE 7 ? In other words is there a way to install IE6 in vista (if that will help).

No - IE7 is the base browser, IE6 would not be compatible.
