This has been happening to me for about a week and I'm getting so frustrated. When ever I click a link that has uses a JS to open a new window, the new window stays blank and all I see is the title bar that says "Microsoft Internet Explorer ". It's getting really aggrevating since I ca't access half of the pagesI need to.

Does anyone have a fix to this problem??

Batookee--Are you sure that blank window is the one you want? Or could it be a third party popup which must be closed before you can get to the page you want? Have you tried just closing the blank window to see what happens? If you have a HOSTS file and have blocked access to the site creating the popup, all you will see is blank.
Some info about who is sending you the popup could be had by looking at the status bar or by right clicking on the blank window, then Properties. Does the Address line tell you who sent the popup?

No this is not a HOST file issue, I've checked the source of the HTML pages and they are all JS new window functions. The reason why the window is blank is because it freezes up before the page has time to load. I then have to end task it.

Batookee--Can you access the page by copying the URL (right click on the link, Properties, copy Address), pasting it into your Address bar and clicking OK?
If not, maybe your Windows Script Host is corrupt, Disabled (in IE Tools|Internet Options|Security|Custom Level), or not installed?
    You can get it here
