IE page size

    Hi
    I am running XP Pro and on my home page, or any page I open to begin, IE only shows 2/3 of the page in fair small size. When I go from there to regular pages they are full size. What can I do to get the right side 1/3 of a page on opening???

    I tried reinstalling MS IE but it did not solve my problem. Any other suggestions??
