Ie & Oulook Express Slow

All of a sudden my IE seems slow or fails to load the page, I am constanly having to refresh just to get pages up. This includes all links from Google or even here.

Also notice that when I load Outlook Express it gives me pop errors, but as soon as I rehit send/receive it checks straight away. Its fine until I close it down and re-open then I have the same problem.

zero.TA--Could be many reasons.
As you know the Blaster worm is slowing things down. Your ISP's server could be one that is most affected.
Are you running Messenger?
Have you added any software/hardware just before the problem started?
Have you cleaned out your cache lately, run ScanDisk, Defragmenter (I am assuming XP still has the last two)?
Popup stoppers/Ad blockers also slow loading of many pages.
If things are not better by tomorrow, run a repair
