IE not epening sites

Hi,
I have strange problem on my client PC (using windows XP pro) in Internet Explorer. It not opens some sites like www.yahoomail.com. There are many web sites in my favourite folder but IE does not open some of them.

I have a cable modem attached to the server computer(using also windows XP pro). Explorer works good on server, but problem on client side as described above.

I guess, its not a problem with network but with some settings on client side internet explorer needs to be changed.

Any suggestions to solve this issue would be greatly appretiated.
