Has anyone seen this problem with IE? If I open IE off the Desktop or Quicklaunch it opens to full size.....BUT if I open a window by right clicking a link and choosing "Open link in new window" it opens to this tiny sized window that has to be fully expanded to view it.

I have tried the "Hold shift key and click the X button" to try and reset IE to the correct size. This fix does not work.

Another thing I have noticed is that if I right click the IE icon and select open, the initial IE window will open in this minimized state instead of a full size???

    Any help greatly appreciated

    Windows XP
    IE6

IE remembers the size of the last secondary window closed and uses that for all future windows...unless you resize it using the Maximize button, then all bets are off.

The steps for forcing all secondary windows to open maximized:
    1. Open IE
    2. Open a link in a new window
    3. Close the original window
    4. Drag the remaining window to the size and placement you want, do not use the maximize button
    5. Close the window you just resized

All future secondary windows will open maximized.
