IE Links won't open..

Hi Guys,
I've just developed a problem with IE6 SP1 -
Clicking on a link that opens in the same window is fine, but clicking on a link that opens a new window does just that - opens a new window and nothing else.
The window sits there with cursor & hourglass for as long as you want to leave it, but nothing else happens.

Anyone got any ideas,

Follow the instructions in the Microsoft Knowledge Base article, You cannot open a new Internet Explorer window or nothing occurs after you click a link.

Usually, running the regsvr32 commands (under the subheading, "Resolution ") fixes the problem.
