IE hyperlinks open normal window.

    When viewing a Webpage, I click an on a hyperlink, and the new website opens on a normal size window.

    It used to open a maximized window, and I'd like to do so always.

    I know, of course, that I can stretch the normal window to full screen, but I want to have both options: a medium size and a maximized window.

    What should I do?
