IE constant error interuption online

HELP!! IE is driving me crazy!!! Just in the last three days a box is continually popping up regardless of where we are on the internet saying "Microsoft Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and need to close, sorry for the inconvenience." then at the bottom of the box it asks if I want to send an error report....I have sent it a bunch of times. Here is the "Error Signature:

Please Help...It's constantly rebooting IE!

Do you by any chance have Morpheus on your drive? If so go HERE and scroll down to the discussion about same. [pretty far down the page]

Another possibility is Spyware. Get and run AdWare to clean any of that from your drive.

Beyond that you can uninstall your browser and run it back in again.

Or you can try "repair IE" in the add/remove programs.
