    Hi,

I am accessing our company website. The website has a certificate. I recently upgraded my windows IE to 7. Since using IE 7 it is not allowing me to view the website with SSL (certificate error: Mismatched Address). When using IE 6 i had no problems to view this website. Can anyone help me?

    Regards

    Alan

    Hi,

I already tried doing that but still giving me the same problem. Can there be another solution? Basically the site I am viewing is our web site. the certificate is issued by verisign and is issued to our mother company, we are using the certificate of our mother company as well.

The error is 'The security certificate presented by this website was issued by a different web site's address'

    Thanks for your help

    Alan

See if this works: In IE, go to Tools > Internet Options, and on the Advanced tab under Security, un-check Warn about certificate address mismatch. Restart IE & try again.
