When logged on as a user (non-administrator)(Win2000) internet explorer stopped working....it tries loading the home page, but locks up and haults. I can get on by going into my computer and typing an address. It also still works fine if I'm logged on as administrator. Any clues?
    Thanks,

Yes, I have tried the repair tool. I've even uninstalled IE 6 and re-installed it, and get the same thing!
Is there a log file or settings file that is staying active or something?

Just curious what the home page is that you're trying to display.

Glad to hear another page works. Can you get to MSN.com without it being set as the homepage logged in as the non-administrator?
