I use Windows 2000 Pro & Internet Explorer 6. IE is getting so terribly slow and quite often will close and the "do you want to restart' & 'report the problem' pops up. Anyone know why?

Have you cleared out your Temporary Internet files recently? - if not do so and make the following settings - from memory here as I have no access to IE 6 to check .....

Tools > Internet Options - General tab > Settings (?) - set disk space for TIF's to 50 Mb, more than enough.

Tools > Internet Options > Advanced - scroll down to and check ' Empty Temporary Internet files when browser closed'.

There is usually a details button that states the real error message that the Error Reporting service want to send to MS. Post the details of the error.
