My sister did something to mess up her IE 5.5 tool bar. I haven't see her screen so I'm only going by what she says. She said the blue part (at the very top of IE) which usually displays where you're at on the Internet and Microsoft Internet Explorer is missing. (I have no idea how she did that one)....also the File>Edit>View>Favorites, etc. are on the same line as the back and forward arrows, the stop, refresh, home, etc. bottons. All this is on the same level. She also lost her address bar.

I can't figure out how to get hings back to normal. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like she might be in "Full Screen" mode. Have her try hitting the F11 key to restore to normal maximize.

Your'e welcome. I work in an office with 50+- networked workstations. You'd be amazed at the simple things people forget. Constantly getting "help me" calls, and I am not even the systems tech.
