I posted a problem with my sleep mode on Mar. 11, and I tried what was suggested by shutting off the sleep mode - it didn't help. My computer seems to freeze up whenever it is idle for a few hours or like overnight.

I've run a virus check with Housecall and none was found.

I've ordered Windows XP and also Norton Anti-virus 2004 to see if that will help (Plus I know I need these updates).

Does anyone have any other suggestions or ideas...Thanks!

It appears your hard drive is not turning back on. Upgrading to XP will not fix this.
Do you have the hard drive power management controlled by the BIOS and windows at the same time?
