identifying startup progs

There used to be a site (I think it had something to do with Castlecops) that would allow me to identify my startup programs. All I had to do was copy and paste them into a window and it would then look it up in its data base and tell me if I needed it... could disable it... or was an either/or decision. Anyone have the link to it? Thanks.
