    Hi,

I have install Explorer 7 yesterday and found a few changes to the system.
When logging in to some sites I now have to type in my user name and password, where as before I doubled clicked on the user name box and choose the correct one from a drop down menu. This menu is no longer available and user names are no longer saved as was with Explorer 6.
I know it may be a setting that needs to be changed but I cannot seem to find it. i suppose it will take a while to navigate round this new system, but can anyone shed light on my problem now please.

    THANKS.

    NEILMAC..............

Well, I've never used that method as I use either Norton Password Manager or Roboform depending on which computer I am on, but have you checked out your Autocomplete settings (Tools > Internet Options > Content > Autocomplete)?

May be irrelevant to your problem, but worth looking.

Tools, Internet Settings, Security, Custom level

Scroll to section "User Authentication "
Under logon change to username and password instead of Intranet Zone only.
