ICS locks up utility after e-mailing

    Having trouble getting a program to work properly. The program goes out and checks my e-mail for messages with a particular subject heading. It works fine on dial-up computers, but when using ICS, it locks up at various points through the e-mail checking/sending process. Sometimes at the beginning, sometimes at the end after retrieving e-mail. It appears to be an ICS issue that happens on both Windows 2000 pro and Windows 95.
