I am trying to reformat my desktop. I have trouble seeing detail of and comprehending a number ofprogram and shortcut icons. The text for each icon is generally too small in normal size and is truncated in larger sizes. I would like to have a grid or a button keypad that I can key my own text only identifier/labels and then the button or grid cell to an icon function. Does anyone know of such a tool/product?

No such program that I'm aware of, but have you tried:
    Start > All Programs > Acessories > Accessability ?

  3. to hide this advert.

To add to TonyT's advice, have you gone into Display Properties and checked the Resolution; Refresh Rate; and Icon\Display settings?
