i just had my laptop reformatted because it had the baca bro virus and it totally messed up my system :( once i got my laptop back, it seems i got infected by a couple more viruses.

    here are my problems:
    1. the system error window pops-up and gives me 60secs to close all programs before it proceeds with system shutdown. it says it's because of an error with the lsass.exe file.
    2. within 5-10 minutes of being online, all my program slows down to an infuriatingly degree.
    3. avg pops up every now and then with the message that i've been infected with I-worm/Mytob.HR (bingoo.exe program) and i move it to the vault immediately and then delete it. but then it pops up again. another program that's been giving me a problem is the 'asn.exe' file.

so there. after reading thru most of the posts here, i downloaded HJT and did a system scan. i've attached the log below. :) your help would be greatly appreciated. thank you!

So which OS and what patch level????

The above error is a sure indication that you are running an unpatched Windows version, so I suggest you format, and start from scratch. Then get your Windows version fully patched before you do anything else.

Whoever did the job only did half of it. No service packs applied which means that no security updates can be applied as these are now only offered for SP1 and above.

I agree with Arie - format, apply service packs and patch up to date. If you paid to have the reformat done you have every reason IMO to insist that it is done again - properly and without any further charge.

There is very little point in analysing an HJT log from an unpatched installation.
