I want smiles

I want to send smiles like the ones on this and other forums in my messages from Outlook. Is this possible and how?

 

thejetskiqueen--I do not use Outlook, but rather Outlook Express. In OE if I click (on a New Message toolbar) I get the option to Insert|Picture. If I follow the directions, I can insert any image that is downloaded to my hard drive. I would be surprised if Outlook does not have something similar.
Now, how to get the image on your hard drive?
Whenever you see an image you like (even here!), right click on it|Save As (or Save Picture As) and you will be asked where to save it.
And then there are many sites that offer to let you download smilies. Just a few are

RIGHT ON!!! about the clicking and saving. I know how to do that, just didn't know if there was some reason I couldn't do it off the forum. the sites that you listed, are they safe?

I have never had a problem of which I am aware, but always good to scan anything you download from the internet with your Antivirus.
