I wanna learn more

Hi everyone, I found BBS by a search engine, desperately looking for answers to my troubles. I'm a 63yr, old married lady who still has the presence of mind and wants to dapple in computers....I think it keeps the brain sharp! I have a 9yr. old windows xp desktop that I had bought new and a recently acquired windows 7 laptop. I'm looking forward to trying out the tips on this site, to keep my pc's running 'usefully' well ...so thank you all ahead of time! Jay
