When booting up I get active x component cant create object and then a run time error 91. then a page saying things like variable not set then if I press a key it will boot up with a bit of delay. System is an aptiva using win98se, how do I get rid of this problem? I don`t want to have to start over if I can avoid it.
    Thank You

woody97--searched www.google.com for that error message
    Got the following
    http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/d...s/script56/html/vserrobjectvariablenotset.asp
    and
    http://www.google.com/search?q=+"runtime+error+91"&btnG=Google+Search&hl=en&lr=&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8
    and
    http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&...nent+can't+create+object+"&btnG=Google+Search

Note that these error messages (especially ones with error numbers) are often specific to some (possibly third party) program rather than Windows, so you may have to determine which if any program might be involved. You may want to check what programs are running at start up on your PC.
    Good luck!!
