    Hi bcsrex
Welcome to the boards! Can you give us the full and complete error message if possible?

    Hi bcsrex
Thank you for the note. If it's ok, let's keep this on the boards so others can learn?

This is going to be a little tough (for me anyhow) to track down.

Do you have another cd-rom in your computer to try installing from?

Have you been into device manager and looked for any splats?

Have you recently changed cables, or did any kind of work inside your computer?

Some Broderbund software shows this error when Anti-Virus is not disabled during installation.

    Hi bcsrex
We've not heard from you since your post. How goes the battle?
