I know I saw it when I got to this site - but I can't find it - please help

    I got to this site from my XP help & support, looking for help on read only folders. Every new folder I make is read only and although I change it - when I go back to the properties, it is read only again. When I got on this site I found a couple of references to the problem but then I registered and now I can't find the information I saw. Can you help me find it again?
