    :confused: Having downloaded quite a large update-patch for Power Producer [video editing program] when I came to install it all whent well until the last bit!!
    Message:
    Install Shield Engin [ i kernell.exe could not be installed]
    I Kernell exe could not be copied to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Install Shield\Engine\6\Intel32
    Make sure you have the appropriate privileges to copy files to this folder [0x20] :eek:
    I am thinking is this plain English? Yes it is so it must be me!!!

    Karles - take a look Here.

    And please be extra careful when putting an error message on the forum. Spelling errors make it tough to search around for information. ikernel.exe and a couple other items.
