I keep getting the EULA window, can you help ?

Hi there all you inscrutable ones and may joy and peace follow you throughout your days, especially if you can help me with an annoying little problem I'm having with WIN XP. For the last couple of weeks, whenever I start up Outlook a window pops up requiring that I agree to the End User License Agreement. I select "Agree" the the window sometimes pops up a second time, I hit "Agree" then a MS WORD screen pops up, I close it , then I can receive and send email. This sonetimes happens with WORD as well. WHADDYA THINK ?
