I keep getting an Exception code for a Program

when trying to play fallout 3 with mods added i keep getting this exception code

Exception Code: c0000005
Exception Offset: 000e869c

and it did make sense to me but why would my program be trying to access "no mans land" of memory that dosent exist

or why it would be trying to access some thing it cannot

 

i did i installed the latest drivers but still nothing it still fails to run

in more detail of what it does is that the program starts then goes to a black screen with the exception code waiting for me

 

I did and still nothing i even tried all of vistas services packs as well as xp's service packs 2 and 3
