I just need help..

    bought a game for my computer.
    downloaded it, everything was good.
    clicked it, game loaded, opened, screen went black, about to start..........

    then :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:
    IT CLOSED

    i just bought it, and its probably cause my computer ***** but i really wanna kow how to fix this..? anyone
