    My name is Chuck

    I'm retired, from GTE, with 30 years of service, worked my way up from a lineman, to a serviceman, to a central office equipment installer, and retired as an equipment installer supervisor. Retired in April of 1987.

    I enjoy woodworking, building RC model airplanes, and working on my computer.
    I have over 200 CD computer games and programs, my most used is, MS FSX flight simulator.:D

    Oh! I was born and raised in Mendota, Illinois, and for the last 43 years have lived in Pontiac, Illinois, with my wife of 57 years.:)

    I've heard of Pontiac, Michigan, but Pontiac, Illinois is first for me.

    Yep! Last night we got 6" on top of the 3" we already had, and it looks like that much more on Wed. with 25mph + winds. Wed. looks like a good day to stay inside.:D

    Sheesh.

    Looks like the sun might peek through at you a bit tomorrow and warm it up to a toasty 15° F . . . and then drop to -9° F tomorrow night. :eek:
