Resolved I.E. 10 doesn't load pages

I installed I.E. 10 on a netbook 32bit Windows SP1 and no I can't get on the internet. The web page won't load and I get the Windows is searching for a solution to the problem and then the program must close messages.

I tried firefox and it works.

I tried doing a reset and loading I.E. without add ons and still can't get pages to load.

I tried downloading I.E 10 instead of using windows update and that didn't make a difference.

I did install KB 2670838 before I.E. 10 with no problems.

What should I do to resolve this issue?

My netbook is listed in network on my main PC.

 

I tried the clean boot and I.E. still won't load. I disabled the firewall and that didn't help.
I ran the two fixits and it still won't load.

I ran the fixit and the ATF cleaner and rebooted. I.E. still won't load.

 

I looked under device manager and it says

There is software on the system to update things. Should I run the update checker?

 

I tried installing the driver but during the system check part I got a message saying
'This graphic driver could not find compatible graphics hardware.'

 

I downloaded the Nvidia v 8.17.12.5743 and the
Intel v 8.14.10.2117


do you want me to extract and run both of these zip files? They both have a lot of files in them.

One has an Asussetup.exe called an application and another file called setup.exe install app.

The other one has only one setup.exe file.

 

I installed the two of them and now I.E. works. Thank you so much for your help Evan! I ran the JRE and copied it to paste here, but I noticed not everything loaded and rebooted before I posted it here. Should I run it again?

I still have to update my PC to I.E. 10. Should I update video drivers before proceeding with it?
