I did a 'clean' boot and defrag, but..

Hi again:

I did a 'clean' boot by clearing boxes selected in Selective Startup, restarting computer(that was freaky looking desktop that way) and then started defragmenter, however just after it began, i got this msg: "Drive's Contents Have Changed......'

I also did Norton scan just before it just to make sure i did not get a virus in last few days. I was clean, like i figured.

What can i do now?
