my computer has been having this problem for a while. I am using windows XP with internet explorer, and AOL. The problem is that when I try to go to any site with a secure connection (like my bank site, PayPal, etc) i get an IE error page. Or, if on AOL, i get an error page with this in the url box: "res://C:\WINDOWS\System32\shdoclc.dll/navcancl.htm# "

I've checked my SSL and security settings, and they are normal.

it's really annoying because i can't check my bank account online, or pay with my credit card online.

Also, sometimes when i go to a webpage, i get a pop up error messge saying something about ActiveX and that the page may not display properly

    i'd really appreciate any help!!!
