I am unable to view add banners on some sites especially search engine sites.

My colleague who sits next to me can see all the ads perfectly. What is going on?

    Many thanks

    ChrisP Hi

Most people would say thats a good thing.
Do you have a popup blocker ?
    the version of windows ?
    ie6 -- but do you have sp1 ?
Do you use a firewall ?
What connection servise do you use ?
    dialup or what ?
Copy and paste one of these sites here so someone can take a look.
    (edit)
Go to tools > internet options and delete files .(clean the cacth)
    temporary internet files.

    Hello Again

Copy and paste one of these sites here so someone can take a look.
I dont supose you can right ckick on it and choose show picture,
    with an add

"Go to tools > internet options and delete files
    Done! "
did you do this from a page other that the one with the adds ?
    Clear history too .
On the general tab of internet options choose settings near the top have windows check automaticaly for newer pages ect ect .

Take a look at the multimedia section of >tools internet options advanced --are they all checked ?

PS im no expert --but I can at least get more information from
    you so one can help.
Do you have ant instant messenger's running ?

    Bye for now

    Lonny

This is the same problem i am having and im also not seeing some pictures...

    I also got ADSL ...

Use netscape, mozilla or Opera....Phioenix is good.

Its the only way out as IE 6 does not like Adsl connections.

maybee if u prefer IE try IE 5.5 sp2.
