I am unable to launch any program.

    Alert says;

    Windows cannot find
    **C:\ any directory \ that the \program.exe is in
    You may have typed the name incorrectly in the run dialog, or another program cannot find the system file. To search for a file, click the Start button, and then click search.

    **<Path is relative to the program I try to launch>

    I cannot even run the system restore.

    Any assistance would be greatly appreciated
