I accidentally blocked my sister's email address..

...within Outlook Express a few minutes ago. I tried, but can't find a way to unblock her.
Help?
Also, problem #2:
She tries to send me things like jokes, pictures, etc. as attachments, but I never get them. Her email shows up in my inbox with a paper clip in the left column.
She addresses them to me, and two of my brothers, among others. They get them ok.
Whenever I choose to pursue getting the attachment, I can just ask one of my brothers to send it to me, and it arrives ok.

 

In OE select Tools> Message Rules> Block Senders List...

Highlight the account you no longer want to block and click the Remove button.

I wish I could remove that "Senior Member" designation from under my screen name. It makes it sound as if I should know something.
I feel like I know less and less as time goes on.
