Hyperlink in received emails not working

    I just had my computer repaired, new motherboard, CPU, and power supply, and now when I dble click on a hyperlink within a received email nothing happens.

    It sure doesn't seem as though the problem is related to the repairs, perhaps coincidental.

    I use OE that came with XP Home.

    Suggestions please,
