HW Malfunction Contact Mnaufacturer

I have more than two servers that are randomly crashing while running. They either crash directly to a a BLUE Screen (Not BSOD no dump) or crash then auto-restart to the Blue Screen message;
"Hardware malfunction contact manufacturer. "

I have tried the basic removal of HW one at a time to see if the problem goes away but I can not get anything solid from this because as I say, it is random. I have duplicated the error twice.

Any other troubleshooting techniques or software suggestions to get to the bottom of this. Of course the manufacturer has no idea nor does any evidence show up in the low level IPMI logs.

P4 with integrated SATA RAID level 1. 1 GB mem Win Server 03
