    Hello,

    can anyone help please. Everytime I try to insert a picture into a document or into anything else I freeze up. I have tried checking the log and it says "HungApp "

    What do I do to fix this. I have tried reinstalling my photo program.

    What photo program are you using and what is the file extension of the image file that you are trying to insert - .jpeg, ....??

    Does this occur when you are inserting a jpeg from the hard drive or through Ulead - if that is possible.

    What is the size of the jpeg? If too large may possibly freeze. Try reducing the size of the jpeg to, say, 100kb.

    Suggest you make a copy of the original jpeg and reduce that in size, thus retaining the original.

    What sort of document - MS Word or ....?

    I have downsized the pics but can't attach them to emails, send them to facebook, pot them in Docs etc. The programs just freeze
