Huge RG44*.CAB files

I have notice that there are many RG*.CAB files in C:\_RESTORE\ARCHIVE. They are >10MB each. The content of each of them seems to be the same. Would it be OK just to delete all but the newest one of them? (Could I simply delete them, or is there some utility I could run that would get rid of them "cleanly ")?

There are FS*.CAB files in C:\_RESTORE\ARCHIVE, too.

Well OK, but there are quite a lot of them, and they add up.
