This isn't exactly my problem, but those who have the computer would be incapable of working out that this is not normal in the first place.

I haven't had much of a chance to play around with it but the following address automatically becomes the default home page. Won't change..

If anyone has any experience with this particular annoyance could you please assist me. Please take into account that I pretty much have to print the instructions out and go try them in a week when I am visiting them again. So I cant be back and forth pasting things on here?

So any ideas? Or just send them to a computer shop?

 

They can hardly do anything on there computer. It freezes, or is super slow. Mainly when it comes to the internet. It wasnt like that a few months back. Im not sure what else is on there. I'm taking Spybot Search & Destroy, Ad-aware and Spyware Blaster to install on their computer.

Who knows whats on there.

 

Why not give them a link to the forums and see if we can help them directly?

 

Because not only have they been having issues trying to get onto the internet at all, it would be very unlikely that they would be able to follow the instructions at all, and would end up very confused, or stuffing up their computer.
