    On all pages I do not have HTML functioning, so what do I need to do?:confused: I can not see small frames unless I use see picture? Thank you!

    I see from your System Details that you are using IE 6 - this is extremely insecure and Microsoft is to pull all support for it shortly.

    I suggest you upgrade to IE8 at the very least or to IE9 and see if the issue is resolved.
