okay what is a better board.

    Pentium® 4 Processor 630 with HT Technology (3GHz, 800FSB)

    or

    Pentium® D Processor 820 with Dual Core Technology (2.80GHz, 800FSB)

is the new dual core going to give that much more than what ht does ???

Dual Core-> "Two physical cores in one processor support better system responsiveness and multi-tasking capability than a comparable single core processor. "

The 820 is about a 100 bucks more......

Probably as usual, what you use your pc for would determin which is better overall...
