hsp modem driver for xp

I've a similar problem to Joan UK01 in that my modem doesn't work under XP. Windows 98 identifies it as a PCTel Inc HSP 56 AMR, but PCTel's website says they don't manufacture modems. My machine is a Patriot PBC400/D2 and Patriot don't seem to have a website. The only obvious info on the riser is the following code DAA E V7.0 but a search using that seemed to get me no further forward.

If you can't it to work, remember V.92 modems can only be around $10. On a good Sunday, you can get it for $9.99 at Office Max and get a $10 rebate!
